Beta notice. Steev is currently in beta testing. Features, pricing, and these terms may change. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
By using Steev -- whether via WhatsApp, our iOS app, or any other interface -- you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Steev is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching service delivered via WhatsApp. Steev provides personalized training plans, nutritional guidance, progress tracking, and daily check-ins based on information you share.
Steev is not a medical service. The guidance provided is general fitness and nutrition coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Disclaimer for full health disclosures.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Steev. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
New users receive a 5-day free trial with full access to the steev plan. No payment information is required during the trial period (during beta). At the end of the trial, you choose whether to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, access ends.

Billing integration is in development. During beta, payment arrangements are handled manually. Pricing may change before the full commercial launch. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging Steev or emailing info@steev.fit. Cancellation takes effect immediately. During beta, prorated refunds are not offered. This may change at commercial launch.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you send to Steev (messages, photos, health data). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing coaching services to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@steev.fit.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Steev is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory local consumer protection law.
We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
